Day 54 of 100: That explains so much, and yet so little

Today’s experiment: Western blot from my lung, small intestine, molar, and brain samples.



So that weird 3rd lane is my molar sample. Which explains why I’ve always been getting smaller bands than expected. It looks like differently sized (“spliced”) isoforms exist for my protein of interest. Very, very interesting…

But what does this meannnnn???

First thing next week, loading control.
