Today’s experiment: Spinach artichoke dip
I was not given the gift of food photography. You have probably noticed this by now.
I do not understand how to get the right lighting, background, angles, props, etc.
So you’ll just have to trust that this spinach artichoke dip is far tastier than it looks. It is very nearly as good as the California Pizza Kitchen version, and it was a big hit at a gathering of young adults last night.
I also learned that this dip goes well with tortilla chips like they do at CPK, also is pretty fantastic with toasted bread, but not so good with wheat crackers. Noted.
